At Abbotswood, our constantly evolving Computing curriculum is designed to challenge, motivate and inspire our children to become confident, creative and analytical ‘Computer Scientists’.

Our three curriculum strands of Computer Science, Digital Literacy and Information Technology are interwoven throughout all aspects of our rich, carefully sequenced curriculum, equipping our children with the skills and knowledge they require to proceed confidently, competently and responsibly on life’s journey within a digital world. Alongside this, we follow the Education for a Connected World framework, linked to our PSHE curriculum, ensuring children will thrive in the digital environment by developing effective strategies for staying safe and making a positive contribution online.
