Friends of Abbotswood
The Friends of Abbotswood (FOA) is a group of dedicated parents and carers from the Abbotswood community. Our vision is to work in partnership with the school, families and children to help our community thrive. We organise events throughout the school year to fundraise for charities as well as for the school itself. Some of the events that we have organised have included the Christmas Fayre, school discos, Summer Fayre, and the Colour Run as well as funding guest authors for Abbotswood Book Day. We have used the funds we have raised to support the school in different ways; for example, purchasing computing equipment and buying books for the school library.
